“WHENEVER GOD ARISES” (ISAIAH 60:1, LUKE 15:17-18) At the intervention of God, His enemies are scattered, and other deliverances take place. In Acts 16:25-26, when Paul and Silas were wrongfully imprisoned, the Bible tells us that, suddenly, there was a great earthquake, the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately, all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed! For you and I to be able to shine, we need to arise. It means that God has a part to play in your destiny, and you too must act well your part. I always tell people whenever I minister, that God will do what He would do, you cannot play God’s part, neither will God play yours. So, after God had cleared the way, you’ve got to arise, so that you can shine. The desire is that God would come in His marvellous providence, manifesting Himself, both to, and for His people.
